B&B Rates
Single Occupancy Double – £70 per night.
Double ensuite – £85 per night.
Prices shown are per room. All prices include breakfast.
Check in is from 4pm – Check out is no later than 10.00 am
If you want to drop off luggage or bikes early so you can go and enjoy the rest of the day, please let us know when booking.

If your enquiry is about rooms, please specify how many rooms you are looking for, how many people and the dates.
Swordale House is listed on AirBnB however prices are cheaper for you if you book direct.
When confirming a booking, we will need your contact number when travelling, address and card details. We do not take any money unless you cancel / do not arrive in line with the cancellation policy.

Booking Rules
Reservations
We do not take a deposit, however we do require your card details to secure the booking. No money is taken unless you cancel as per the cancellation policy, or do not arrive.
Please contact us within 24 hours of making the booking.
Please ring with card details – do not email them.
Cancellations
Cancellations more than 14 days from the date of arrival will not be charged.
Cancellations more than seven but less than 14 days from the date of arrival will be charged at 50% of the 1st night stay.
Cancellations seven days or less from the date of arrival will be charged the full rate for the first night’s stay.
To avoid any un-necessary charges for you, please contact us as soon as you ae aware of any problems.
Arrivals
You may check in any time after 4.00 pm. If you will be arriving after 9.00 pm please let us know. If we have not heard from you and you have failed to arrive by 9 pm your booking will be considered cancelled and the appropriate charges made. With notificatiion, we will accept check in until 11pm. If you run into traffic / transport issues which means you are running very late let us know ASAP.
Departures
Rooms should be vacated and the bill settled by 10.00 am on the day of departure. Charges of £20 per half hour after that will be added to your bill.
It may be possible to leave luggage or park (at your own risk) after departure time. Please let us know in advance.
